When to call
Signs you may need tankless water heaters
A single symptom does not always identify a failed part. These common warning signs are a good reason to have the equipment checked:
- You want continuous hot water within system capacity
- Space is limited
- You are planning a replacement
- A tankless unit shows an error or reduced flow
Turn equipment off and seek prompt help if you smell gas, see smoke or sparking, find significant leaking near electrical parts, or suspect unsafe combustion. For a gas odor or immediate danger, leave the area and contact the gas utility or emergency services first.
